### Deck Construction

Players may use up to 3 proxy cards.

* A *proxy* must be backed with a normal MTG card.

* The *proxy* must be clearly legible and have the complete rules text for the card being *proxied*.

* A deck containing any *proxy* must be double-sleeved. All cards in the deck will be double-sleeved.

* Proxys may be a slip of paper in front of a MTG card.

### Registration

Players that do not submit a deck list will have to have their deck checked and submitted by the store the morning of the event. There will be an additional deck check charge of $5 for late deck submission.

Players may register the day of the event. Same-day registration has a fee of $35. This will include a deck check and registration for the player.

### Playing the Event

The schedule for the days event goes like this:

* 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM - Registration and deck checks

* 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM - Player meeting and first round pod assignments

* 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM - first round pods

* 12:15 PM to 1:45 PM - second round pods

* 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM ~ third round pods

* 3:45 PM to 5:15 PM ~ fourth round pods

* 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM ~ dinner break

* 6:00 PM to final ~ top table final

### Scoring the Event

Players earn points for round performance

* Win - 5 points

* Draw - 1 point for each player at the table

* Loss - 0 points

The top 4 players at the end of the fourth round will be in the final pod. These players will have the highest points totals of the event. In the event of ties, previous match results will be taken into account. All of this is managed by the topdeck software for the event.

**No intentional king making or spite play. Players found to be doing this will be penalized 1 point.

**Players are not allowed to concede a match unless every player agrees. (Emergencies happen, we cannot stop players from conceding when they really have to leave.).
