After you place your repair order through our website, we'll email you simple packing and shipping instructions. You can use any shipping carrier to send your console to our store in Maine.
Most repairs are completed within 3–5 business days for conventional repairs after we receive your console. Once it arrives, we'll email you with your ticket information a like to track your service so you can be updated throughout the process.
We thoroughly test your console to make sure everything is working properly prior to shipping back to you. All repairs listed on our website include a 90-day warranty. Custom repairs may include a limited warranty depending on the service performed.
If we're unable to repair your console, we'll refund your payment minus the applicable bench fee for diagnosis and repair time ($50 for PS5 and Xbox Series X, $39 for all other consoles). You can choose to have your console returned or recycled locally. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
